ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER
As an Assistant Project Manager, Maryland team member Latreal Brame plays an integral role in keeping our hotel renovation projects running smoothly from start to finish. “I coordinate with our project teams, subcontractors, and hotel staff to make sure work stays on schedule, within budget, and meets Continental Contractors’ quality standards.” In addition to handling the day-to-day communications and tracking the progress of builds, Latreal also considers problem solving a large part of his job. “I solve issues as they come up so each renovation is completed efficiently and with minimal impact on guests.”
In his role as APM, Latreal is looking forward to growing as a project manager and being a part of beautiful renovations that enhance the guest experience.

What is your favorite hobby or pastime?
In my free time, I like to work out at the gym, spend time with my family, and travel whenever I can. Whether it’s a weekend getaway or a longer trip, I enjoy discovering new experiences.
What inspires you?
I’m inspired by the drive to become the best version of myself and to use that growth to support the people around me.
If you could stay in any hotel, anywhere in the world, where would it be? Why?
Any Ritz-Carlton hotel. I admire the classic luxury and strong attention to detail that’s synonymous with the brand.
