PROJECT MANAGER
Robert Darella enjoys his role as Project Manager, managing the construction/renovation of large-scale hotel projects from our Florida office. But, when it comes to explaining what he does to others, he often has a tongue-in-cheek response. “I tell them that I stand in the middle of a burning room and let everyone know that everything is fine while I simultaneously put out fires with a garden hose.”
Being flexible on the job and quick to problem solve is a big part of Robert’s skillset, especially when a tense situation requires some finesse and creativity.
I can be flexible in order to achieve a common goal. When it requires a firm, steady hand that will bend but not break, I can provide that too.”
When he’s not working, Robert typically enjoys golfing and reading a good book, however his one-year-old daughter manages to (happily) occupy most of his free time as of late.

What inspires you?
The challenge of something new. When you put yourself out there and strive to be more it is always rewarding.
What’s your favorite hobby?
Cooking has always been a passion of mine. It feels great to serve good food to family and friends.
Where is your favorite vacation spot?
The Florida Keys. My family and I just love the laid back lifestyle.
