TREVOR VERKUEHLEN
Assistant Project Manager
Assistant Project Manager Trevor Verkuehlen is a great addition to the California office. He approaches every project with a “team player” mentality, a cool head under pressure, and a willingness to problem solve and facilitate thoughtful, solution-driven discussions with his project team.
You never know what life is going to give you. If I’m faced with a problem, I look at it as a positive opportunity to solve it, then learn from it.”
What he enjoys most about his role as an assistant project manager is the collaboration. “Construction is the ultimate group project. Working with all of the different people that had a hand in the remodeling is inspiring. It applies to life as well. Almost anything can be accomplished through teamwork, positive compromise, and open communication.”
During his time outside of the office you’ll find Trevor fitting in a round of golf, checking out a local brewery with friends, going to concerts, or doing his best to tucker-out his golden retriever puppy with lots of trail hikes and dog park visits.
PERSONAL MOTTO:
Why focus on the worst case scenario when it can go great!
KEYNOTES
What’s your favorite hobby or past-time?
As an avid sports fan I’m most likely watching a game. Born and raised in North Dakota, I try to make it back for a University of North Dakota hockey game once a year.
Who’s your hero?
My parents. They helped instill a good work ethic in me, always offered their support, and gave me enough space to develop an independent view on life. They also taught me to lead by example.
Where is your favorite vacation spot?
Grace Lake in Bemidji, Minnesota. I try to get to our family cabin there at least once each summer.
