Located in the heart of downtown Houston, only a few blocks from Minute Maid Park, the Toyota Center and BBVA Compass Stadium, the Four Seasons Houston Residential Apartments is prime real estate for any sports fan who also happens to enjoy a bit of luxury. Considered one of the world’s leading hotel brands, the Four Seasons Houston raises the bar of hospitality luxury with this beautiful redesign of their residential apartments.
Continental Contractors embarked on an eight-month extensive renovation of the hotel’s 61 apartments in July 2021. The new design, inspired by aesthetic details found throughout the lone star state, features deep blue fabrics and warm undertones of dark wood reflecting a welcoming, contemporary aesthetic. Each apartment received a total makeover of the kitchens, that included new custom-made cabinetry, new stone countertops and backsplashes, and all new top-of-the line kitchen appliances. The rest of the living space received state-of-the-art amenities as well as new flooring, lighting, fixtures, paint, wallcoverings, window treatments, and case goods. The bathrooms also received new fixtures and lighting. Continental completed the project in March 2022.
