Continental Contractors completed a nine-month multifaceted public space renovation of the property beginning in September 2022. Tackling both interior and exterior areas, Continental efficiently organized the sourcing and delivery of multiple high-end finishes – such as handmade tiles from Morocco and Thailand – ensuring the opulent design details of this massive renovation were never compromised.
Renovated spaces include: entry/reception area, social lounge, fitness rooms, public restrooms, back-of-house offices, the pool area, grilling area, and firepit/outdoor yard area. Due to the upscale design requirements, most of the entry spaces were gutted and created from scratch to achieve the desired look by the design team.
Exterior upgrades include installation of new grills, pizza ovens, and firepits in the shared outdoor space. Continental replastered the pool and spa area, including replacing the coping around both. They also installed eye-catching pebble decking and new outdoor showers for this tranquil space. Festive lighting and a trellis in the yard area offer the final touches to this serene outdoor space. The project was completed in June 2023.
