Hunt Valley Inn, A Wyndham Grand
Complete renovation and brand conversion of 392 guestrooms and suites, 18 meeting rooms, 2 ballrooms, restaurant, lobby and pool area. The authentic countryside vibe has a modern style with a park-like layout. Several unique features were added, including the construction of two grand stone fireplaces, and the relocation and refurbishment of a large scale copper metal sculpture. The porte-cochere and pool areas both received upgrades, and several suite bathtubs were converted to spa-like showers. The restaurant received new finishes, walls, a new buffet area and new barn doors, and all guestrooms and corridors received new paint, wallcovering and carpet.
