JW Marriott San Francisco

San Francisco, CA

BUDGET: $10.3 million
OWNER: Chesapeake Lodging Trust

Continental worked closely with architect Herbert Zelikoff and designer Design Directions to give the JW a thorough facelift. Guest bathrooms were demolished down to the studs, and each received new finishes, electrical, and plumbing fixtures, including extensive tile work on walls and floors, and tub to shower conversions. The FF&E package was extensive and nearly custom, with many pieces being cut to fit precisely within the guest room spaces. This project included 350 guestrooms and corridors, and was completed over 11 months
