With a beautiful landscape view from every room, the Loews Ventana Canyon Resort in Tucson, AZ is a sought-after destination for near and far travelers. Situated in the foothills of the Catalina Mountains, the tranquil and relaxed ambiance of the Loews Ventana is inspired by the property’s stunning natural surroundings of its expansive desert vistas and spectacular 80-foot waterfall.
In June 2024 Continental Contractors began work on an extensive guestroom renovation of the Loews Ventana Canyon Resort. The 394 guestroom and bath revitalization was a significant part of the hotel’s multi-million dollar transformation, redefining the property and combining timeless elegance with modern amenities, along with a calming, neutral color palette to create a luxurious and inviting atmosphere for guests.
During the five month project, Continental Contractors meticulously updated each guestroom with modern upgrades which included: new flooring, wall vinyl, elegant millwork, and new lighting to enhance the overall guest experience. Bathrooms also received a fresh look thanks to new wall coverings, updated shower doors and hardware, new vanity sink tops. Sleek new lighting and illuminated mirrors added to the soothing, spa-like retreat of the reimagined space. Guest bath adjustments also included contemporary plumbing fixtures, new GFI outlets, and 75 tub to shower conversions. The project was completed in November 2024.
