Located on a quarter mile stretch of private beach on Florida’s southeastern coast, the Fort Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa offers stunning ocean views, multi-purpose event spaces, and a relaxing retreat for visitors seeking serenity, comfort, and luxurious accommodations.
In October 2024, Continental Contractors started work on an extensive renovation at the Harbor Beach Resort which included 650 guestrooms, suites, and event spaces. Thoughtfully designed with soothing blue tones and ocean-inspired design elements, the guestroom aesthetics draw from seafoam greens and deep blues, a color palette that reflects the calm and beauty of the coast. Guestroom and suite upgrades include: custom murals, new vinyl wallcoverings, fresh paint, and deep-cleaned tile flooring. Sconces and entry lights were added to enhance the modern feel of the space. Guest suites feature updated plumbing and bathroom fixtures, new millwork and stone finishes at the kitchenettes, and floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning ocean views and private balconies.
Event ballrooms were updated with sculptural glass and bronze light fixtures, adding a modern touch. New sconces were also installed in the ballrooms and corridors. Event spaces received new furniture, lighting, and nature-inspired artwork, including woven carpets and wall coverings reflecting the local landscape. The total renovation took six months and was completed in March 2025.
