This project included the renovation of 477 guest rooms and two fitness rooms, plus 270 tub-to-shower conversions in bathroom renovations. Guest rooms received new carpet, tile, paint, wallcovering, and FF&E. Complete replacement of underground sewer lines, plumbing fixtures and miscellaneous upgrades to guestroom demising walls, fire alarm, cable, data and wi-fi.

Oracle Corporation purchased the property in 2016, in part to use for employee training.
