Continental renovated the guestrooms, corridors, and concierge lounge at the Marriott Waterside, located near Tampa’s active Riverwalk area. This project included 544 complete shower conversions. Guestrooms received new finishes, including hardwood floors, and new 52” smart TVs. Some lower-level suites were split into separate guestrooms, bringing the current room count up to 727.
For this project, we worked with CSJM Architects, Looney & Associates for the design, and PDSI represented the owner, Strategic Property Partners.
