Offering picturesque views and exclusive ski-in/ski-out access to the illustrious Beaver Creek Village ski base, the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort & Spa is the flagship destination of Vail Valley, Colorado. This secluded, family-friendly resort offers guests a year-round escape complete with breathtaking mountain views and close proximity to shops, restaurants, entertainment venues, and plenty of outdoor recreation.
In November 2025, Continental Contractors completed a six-month renovation at the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek, delivering a comprehensive scope of interior upgrades across 190 guestrooms and suites. Renovation highlights included 75 tub-to-shower conversions; installation of new bathroom barn doors; all-new bathroom plumbing fixtures and accessories; new vanities and tops; upgraded closet systems; fresh paint and wallcoverings; and new porcelain tile flooring at entries and closets. Bathrooms received all-new floor and wall tile, while select guestrooms received new custom wood flooring.
Additional scope included new stone countertops in the parlor suites, refinishing of custom cabinetry, LED lighting, and upgraded lighting controls. A selection of the hotel’s in-demand AMEX suites received detailed renovations – like new entry flooring and subway shower tiles – while others were treated to minor upgrades like vinyl wall coverings, each touch-up elevating the guest experience within every room. Additional resort suites required complete fireplace renovations which entailed converting from electric to gas operation, modifying drywall openings to accommodate for new inserts, building new soffits for external venting, replacing the flukes, and installing new stone and finishing touches to the fireplace facade – all of which was completed with expert craftsmanship and extreme attention to detail.
Continental Contractors worked hard to meet the client’s timeline – completion before the beginning of their busy holiday season – and supported the resort’s sustainability objectives through material reuse and locally sourced products. By prioritizing communication, expert craftsmanship, and project management objectives, Continental succeeded in delivering durable, high-quality finishes aligned with Park Hyatt brand standards and the property’s beautiful alpine setting.
