Following our Courtyard by Marriott Austin Downtown / Convention Center renovation the previous year, this Residence Inn renovation transformed the second half of this vibrant downtown Austin building. Offering modern amenities with true Texan hospitality, the hotel’s 179 rooms were all given new finishes — and many received shower conversions. A new pool, fitness center, laundry room and lobby updates were part of the renovation. And, as a finishing touch, we thoughtfully updated the corridor to blend the two properties while preserving unique experiences for guests of both hotels. All in three short months.
Always a collaborative effort, we were delighted to work with project management group Vandeveer Hospitality Advisors, SCNZ Architects, and Jasmine Design to bring this project vision to life.
