In May 2023, Continental Contractors began the extensive renovation and brand transformation, meticulously renovating 307 tower rooms and 124 villa rooms from the Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas to the luxurious Ritz-Carlton Dallas Las Colinas. The project consisted of four villas spanning 15 acres across the 400-acre property which was a slightly different configuration for Continental, but one the team managed expertly.
Continental Contractors ensured each guest room received a comprehensive upgrade aligned with brand conversion standards. Highlights included new paint, carpet, luxury vinyl tile, high-end cosmetic finishes, and a complex FF&E package. The project required the honing and refinishing of all existing tile and grout in the bathrooms, meeting the exacting standards of The Ritz-Carlton brand. In addition, Continental transformed the historic Byron Nelson Suite, recreating the space to honor its storied past while incorporating modern elegance, resulting in an understated luxury that invites guests to indulge in a truly elevated experience. The renovation spanned 11 months and concluded in March 2024.
