Sheraton Seattle’s multi-phase renovation included the redesign of 1,200+ guestrooms with extensive millwork packages, soft goods, case goods, and finishes in a congested, urban setting. Bathroom renovations included tub to shower conversions and new fixtures and finishes as well.
This project was completed ahead of schedule. As a result of the transformation, the hotel has been re-branded to a Sheraton Grand.
