Located upon a tranquil, four-mile stretch of white sandy beach on exclusive Singer Island, the Singer Oceanfront Resort, – a new addition to the Curio Collection by Hilton – is a family-friendly resort that specializes in “island life” attractions like snorkeling, charter fishing, and leisurely days spent basking in the warm Florida sun. Just north of Palm Beach on Florida’s Southeast Coast, the island is a popular destination for tourists and locals alike.
Continental Contractors broke ground on a six month, 223 guestroom renovation project in July 2023. The project spanned seven floors of the hotel and required extensive attention to detail during its rebranding as a Hilton Curio Collection property.
Every element of the guestroom renovation was carefully curated to enhance the guest experience and elevate aesthetics of the luxurious space. Continental expertly installed stunning Italian, encaustic-matte porcelain tile in the entryways and bathrooms of each guestroom – an eye-catching feature within every room. Guestrooms were also outfitted with new carpeting, window treatment, fresh paint, and FF&E, revitalizing the aesthetic with a contemporary and updated atmosphere on par with brand standards.
Continental Contractors also completed 115 tub-to-shower conversions during the renovation. Guest bathrooms were updated with modern amenities like: crisp, white wall tile, stone top vanities, plus updated plumbing and accessories. Each guest bath had beautiful barn entry doors installed, as well as new shower doors. The renovation was completed in January 2024.
