Continental Contractors and Salisbury Moore, two of the nation’s leading hospitality renovation firms, have announced that they are joining together as affiliated companies, operating independently while sharing resources that strengthen service to clients.

Both companies will continue to operate under their existing brands. Clients can expect the same project teams, leadership involvement, subcontractor relationships, and commitment to execution that have long defined each organization.

As part of this alignment, Renee Bagshaw has been appointed chief executive officer of Continental Contractors. “This alliance allows us to invest more deeply in the systems, people, and processes that make our projects successful,” Bagshaw said. “It strengthens our ability to deliver consistent results for our clients without changing the fundamentals of how we work or what we stand for.”

 
Andrew Harvick will continue to lead Salisbury Moore as chief executive officer, maintaining the firm’s focus on quality execution and client service. “We are excited to bring together two of the industry’s top companies and to create a market leader with the scale and resilience to meet the demands in the marketplace, foster new innovations, and further strengthen customer relationships.”

Danny Welch, senior vice president of Continental Contractors, will continue to lead and develop Continental’s West Coast operations.
